Being human, we are not perfect in relating to ourselves and to others. It is from this that inner hardness can easily develop. This hardness can manifest itself on a micro and/or macro level as anger, resentment, hatred, and so on. Fortunately, we can also cultivate forgiveness, as a wise and compassionate pathway to inner freedom, peace and harmony. With this in mind, Joyce Cordus and Frits Koster have developed the Mindfulness-Based Training in Forgiveness (MBTF). It focuses on forgiving yourself, asking for forgiveness and forgiving others. We are delighted that Joyce and Frits want to give an introduction on this topic through this webinar for our community.
